|The Hostellers Sailing Club offers day sailing and dinghy cruising during the summer and country walking during the winter. The HSC suits all levels of sailing experience including complete beginners. Most members live in London/ Essex/ Southeast England, we also now have a few in Devon. We keep a club owned Wayfarer dinghy on a mooring at Paglesham on the River Roach in Essex.|

September 2 to 9 - Dinghy Cruise in Company in the Charante Maritime
For the third time, DCA member Miles D. is planning a dinghy cruise in company in the area of La Rochelle and Rochfort on the west coast of France. HSC members have participated in the previous two events which worked out very well indeed and we are planning to take two dinghies again in 2020. To give an idea of what this is about a few pictures are included below. For accomodation you can either sleep on board your boat in DCA style, or you can carry lightweight camping equipment on board your boat and camp on-shore - the overnight stops are planned to make this feasible.
